Explore layering, texture, composition, and brushwork to capture blooming lilacs in acrylics.

Supply list:

  • Canvas or Bristol board of any size (5"x7" or 4"x6" work well for completing within the allotted time)
  • Acrylic paints
  • Palette (palette paper or a plate will do)
  • Brushes (round and flat)
  • Cup of water
  • Paper towels
  • Pencil
  • OPTIONAL: Palette knife

This online workshop is facilitated by SilverKite® Teaching Artist Tammy Leaver. Instruction is provided for free; participants are responsible for gathering their own supplies.
