Join an interactive training provided by the Fair Housing Center of Washington.
This training will give participants a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities when seeking and enjoying housing. Learn who is protected under the law, the difference between fair housing and landlord tenant law, what housing discrimination can look like, how to advocate for yourself or someone you know, and when to seek additional support or file a complaint.
Refreshments will be provided.
Adria Buchanan, the Executive Director of the Fair Housing Center of Washington, will provide this training.
This program is generously funded in part by the Friends of Forks Library.
