Learn how to use the new free online patient portal MyChart.

Learn how to use MyChart to access your medical information online. Forks Community Hospital staff will show you how to navigate MyChart, view test results and summaries, complete questionnaires, and message your care provider.

The two-hour class will include a question-and-answer session and time to practice what you've learned. Bring your personal device or use a laptop provided by the library.

MyChart is a secure online patient portal that allows individuals to access their medical records, view test results, communicate with their healthcare providers, request prescription refills, and manage other aspects of their health information all in one place.
